Dual Plate Wafer Type Check Valve

The dual plate wafer type check valve is made up of valve body, discs, stem and springs, and is connected by wafer type. Due to the short closing stroke of the valve discs and the springs' attached, the water hammer phenomenon can be significantly reduced. It is mainly used for water supply and drainage pipe networks of municipal, industrial and high-rise buildings. Because its structural length is shorter than that of general check valves, it is convenient to install.

When the inlet side pressure is lower than the outlet side, the valve discs automatically closes under the action of the fluid pressure difference and the power of springs to prevent the fluid from flowing backwards.
