ZRIN-A1 Resilient Seated Flanged Gate Valves

Resilient seated gate valve: one side of the sealing is metal materials, and the other side is a "soft sell" of the elastic non-metallic material. This seal has a better sealing performance but does not high temperature, is easy to work, and has poor mechanical properties.

The difference of resilient seated and metal seated gate valve is seat material.For exzample, EPDM,NBR is for resilient seated, brass,Bronze and stainless steel is for metal seated. But both body material can be CI/DI/WCB/SS

2. Pressure:

For iron body gate valve, both resilient seated and metal seated can be Class125/150,PN10/16,5K/10K/16K

3. Range of Applications:

Resilient seat gate valve sealing effect is the best, medium cleanliness needs to be high and before operation strictly flush the pipeline.

4. Installation (Similarity and Difference):

Resilient seat gate valve will leak at too low or high a temperature, which requires a high temperature of the medium; not suitable for high-pressure environment.
